Dr. Laiali Almazaydeh is a full professor at Abu Dhabi University, UAE. Prior to this, she served as the Dean of the College of Information Technology at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University (AHU) in Jordan from January 2020 to July 2023. Additionally, she held the position of Dean of the College of Information Technology at the American University in the Emirates (AUE). Dr. Almazaydeh explored applications of machine learning and classification techniques in areas such as sleep apnea detection, ECG/EEG signal analysis, and intrusion detection in networks. Over her career, she has published extensively on these topics, applying advanced algorithms to challenges in security, health informatics, and interactive systems.
