JUNGWOO LEE received the B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from
Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea in 1988
and the M.S.E. degree and the Ph.D. degree in
Electrical Engineering from Princeton University
in 1990 and 1994. He is now a professor at the
department of electrical and computer engineering
of Seoul National University. He was a member of
technical staff at SRI (Sarnoff) from 1994 to 1999. He was
with Wireless Advanced Technology Lab of Lucent Technologies Bell Labs
since 1999. He received the Qualcomm Dr. Irwin
Jacobs award in 2014. He is the co-recipient of the 2020 IEEE communications society FredW. Ellersick
prize. He is a co-general chair for IEEE ISIT 2028. His research focuses on quantum machine learning
