Chuangchuang Chen, Ph.D., is a Doctoral Supervisor, Distinguished Researcher, and faculty member at the School of Instrument Science and Opto-electronics Engineering, Hefei University of Technology. His research focuses on computational optical metrology, ptychographic imaging, and advanced instrumentation for nanoscale optical measurement. He has led the development of key optical measurement technologies and advanced inspection systems for nanoscale structures, with wide applications in IC manufacturing.
